Site Launch: NWNCarousel.com – A New Image as Two Entities Join Forces

Site Launch - NWN Carousel

Background & Overview

Two national technology leaders have joined forces with nearly 30 years of experience to build a powerhouse in cloud communications. NWN Carousel is a leading cloud communications service provider focused on transforming the customer and workspace experience for commercial, enterprise and public sector organizations.

In conjunction with a recent merge of Carousel Industries and NWN IT, the newly formed NWN Carousel was ready to reface their digital presence, combining lead generation and demand generation strategies to bring awareness to their key business differentiators. We helped NWN Carousel launch their reimagined website with a refreshed look and feel along with merged content and restructured landing pages optimized for conversion.

Goals, Strategy & Implementation

Our long-standing relationship with Carousel Industries allowed for a seamless collaboration with NWN Carousel. Our goal was to introduce a brighter color palette and visual language that speaks to their suite of solutions and services, merging styles for brand cohesion.

We first brought this to fruition through the design and development of sleek landing page templates for their inbound marketing campaigns. From there, we began to create a series of components which, utilizing the WordPress Block Editor, would allow for easy and efficient page building to bring the refreshed design throughout the newly merged site. With ease of content management, the NWN Carousel team is able to easily edit and create new landing pages for ongoing marketing campaigns and consistently refreshed content throughout the site.

Chris Santoro

Before coming to Linchpin, Chris was a career-long freelance designer and studio owner specializing in brand strategy & identity design. This focus throughout his career allowed him to view each project from a holistic perspective, while working with his clients to fully realize their true “authentic” brand. Now, as the senior designer for Linchpin, he’s able to bring his background into strategizing & crafting visually-immersive web experiences for each client. Constantly living by the notion that a designer’s life is one of “constant learning,” he also finds time to be a guest reviewer at his alma mater’s portfolio reviews and mentors young designers, while diving into every tutorial possible on YouTube. If not at his screen, you’ll most likely find him face-first in a bowl of ramen at Ganko Ittetsu, or drinking his 5th espresso of the day…or 6th…possibly 7th.
